Delivery times are indicative, are stated in working days and start from dispatch of the parcel. Orders received on a working day are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days; in the case of prepayment (card, bank transfer) we ship the goods once the payment has been credited.
Shipment tracking
After handing over the shipment to the courier, we will send you a tracking number by email. The GLS courier will contact you by SMS or email before delivery with a more accurate delivery time and the option of redirecting the shipment.
Receiving the shipment
