Order and conclusion of a purchase contract

The buyer orders the goods by filling out and sending the order form in the e-shop. The sent order is a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded by the seller's confirmation of the order, which is delivered to the buyer by e-mail to the address specified in the order.

The validity of the order is conditional on the correct and complete completion of all required data. The buyer has the opportunity to check and change the entered data before sending the order. The seller reserves the right not to accept the order in the event of an obvious error in the price or description of the goods; the buyer will be informed of this fact immediately.

Purchase price and payment terms

All prices in the e-shop are listed in euros (€) including VAT. Shipping costs are added to the price of the goods according to the selected delivery method (see the Shipping and Delivery page).

The buyer can pay the purchase price in the following ways:

  • by online payment card (Visa, Mastercard) — secure payment via a payment gateway,
  • by bank transfer to the seller's account: IBAN SK19 1100 0000 0029 4319 1913, account holder Ing. Michal Banom (variable symbol = order number),
  • cash on delivery — in cash or by card upon receipt of the shipment from the courier.

When paying in advance (card, transfer), the goods are shipped after the payment is credited. The tax document (invoice) is part of the shipment or is sent electronically.

Delivery terms

We deliver the goods by GLS courier service to the Slovak Republic and to other European Union countries. The delivery time from dispatch of the parcel is usually 1–3 working days to Slovakia, 2–5 working days to the Czech Republic and 3–7 working days to the other European Union countries. The shipping price depends on the country of delivery and ranges from 8,25 € (Germany) to 22,00 € (other EU countries); shipping is not free at any order value. The exact shipping price is always shown in the cart before the binding completion of the order and forms part of the total price which the buyer expressly confirms before submitting the order. The complete shipping price list is available on the page Shipping and delivery.

We ship all shipments in discreet, neutral packaging — without a logo, without marking the contents or the name of the store. It is not possible to tell what is inside from the package or shipping documents. Details on the Shipping and Delivery page.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt. We recommend that any obvious damage to the shipment be noted in the courier's receipt report and that we be notified immediately.

Withdrawal from the contract

The buyer — the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in the distance selling of goods.

The buyer can withdraw from the contract by e-mail to info@sexshopeu.eu or in writing to the seller's address. The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days from the withdrawal to the address: Ing. Michal Banom, Brezová 741/40, 071 01 Michalovce, Slovak Republic. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

The Seller shall refund all payments to the Buyer (including the costs of the cheapest delivery method offered) no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, in the same manner as the Buyer used for payment, or in another agreed manner. The Seller is not obliged to refund payments before delivery of the returned goods or proof of their dispatch.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal — hygiene goods

In accordance with Section 7(6) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the buyer cannot withdraw from a contract whose subject matter is the sale of goods enclosed in protective packaging, which is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose protective packaging was broken after delivery.

This applies in particular to intimate and erotic goods (erotic aids, underwear, cosmetics, lubricating gels, etc.) - after opening the protective packaging or using it, such goods cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal remains intact as long as the goods are in their original protective packaging.

Complaints and warranty

All goods are subject to a statutory warranty period of 24 months , which begins upon receipt of the goods by the buyer. The procedure for filing a complaint, the time limit and the buyer's rights are regulated by the Complaints Procedure , which is an integral part of these GTC.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

The buyer — the consumer has the right to contact the seller with a request for redress if he is not satisfied with the manner in which the complaint was handled or if he believes that the seller has violated his rights. If the seller rejects the request or does not respond to it within 30 days, the consumer has the right to file a motion to initiate alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Act No. 391/2015 Coll.

The competent entity is the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or another entity registered in the list maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. The consumer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .

Personal data protection

Information on the processing of buyers' personal data, including the scope, purposes and rights of data subjects, is provided on the Personal Data Protection (GDPR) page.

Final provisions

These GTC shall enter into force and effect on 14. 7. 2026. Legal relations not regulated by these GTC shall be governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Civil Code, Act No. 102/2014 Coll. and Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on Consumer Protection. The Seller reserves the right to change the GTC; the wording effective at the time of its dispatch shall apply to a specific order.
