We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.
What data do we process?
We only process data necessary to process your order and operate the store: name and surname, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number, data about ordered goods and order history, and technical data about website usage (IP address, cookies).
We would like to emphasize that due to the nature of our product range, we treat your data with the utmost discretion. We never publish or provide data about your purchases to third parties for marketing purposes.

We provide your data only to entities necessary to process the order:
- courier company GLS General Logistics Systems Slovakia sro (delivery of the shipment),
- payment gateway provider (card payment processing),
- accounting services and web hosting provider.
We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EU/EEA.
Retention period
- order data and tax documents — 10 years (legal archiving),
- customer account — for the duration of its existence,
- consent to the newsletter — until consent is revoked,
- cookies — by type, maximum 24 months.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- to access your personal data and information about its processing,
- to correct incorrect or incomplete data,
- to delete data ("right to be forgotten"), unless prevented by a legal obligation,
- to restrict processing ,
- for data portability to another controller,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent to processing at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing),
- file a complaint with the supervisory authority — Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.
